Master agreement
Terms and Conditions
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platforms, you agree to these Terms, the applicable software license terms, and the privacy terms on this page. If you use the Platforms for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, and keep your account credentials, JWT sessions, personal access tokens, API keys, and integration credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, handles, links, pages, published content, APIs, automations, and integrations.
- 10x.in provides handle-based links, pages, profiles, site hosting, custom domains, analytics, campaign tools, API access, MCP and AI-agent integrations, and creator-commerce capabilities.
- OpenAnalyst provides related desktop, web, mobile, automation, analytics, and agentic workflow capabilities operated by the same legal entity.
- You retain ownership of your content, but grant OpenAnalyst AI Private Limited the rights needed to host, transmit, cache, display, secure, and operate the service.
- The company retains all rights in the platform technology, including edge routing, analytics systems, APIs, SDKs, MCP integration layers, workflow systems, documentation, and software.
- We may remove, disable, or restrict access to accounts, handles, links, destinations, or content that violates these terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.
Confidential information includes non-public product, business, technical, customer, pricing, financial, analytics, routing, campaign, source code, and credential information. Each party must protect the other party's confidential information and use it only for the purposes allowed by the service relationship.
The Platforms are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenAnalyst AI Private Limited disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, data-loss, business interruption, third-party service, creator-visitor transaction, AI-agent, or integration-related claims.
Platform availability depends in part on third-party infrastructure and services such as AWS, CloudFront, Cognito, Stripe, email providers, browser platforms, and integration partners. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including cyberattacks, service-provider outages, government action, natural disasters, labor events, or network failures.
You must comply with export controls, sanctions, and applicable laws when using the Platforms. We may update these terms, plan features, quotas, pricing, and policies with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Delaware law. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting legal@openanalyst.com. Claims must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Service and Billing Terms
Paid subscriptions, creator-commerce features, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, payment processing, plan limits, and service access are governed by the applicable service and billing terms for 10x.in and OpenAnalyst.
- Starter or free plans provide baseline access with limited handles, links, write quotas, analytics, and support.
